InviteManager is seeking an Implementation Project Lead to oversee implementation projects and training for our customers. This position is an Individual Contributor role and a part of the Customer Support team and will report to VP of Customer Success.
This role has the unique opportunity to be our customers primary point of contact during the life of the project and carries significant responsibility in ensuring a positive customer experience while ensuring project scopes and project deliverables are met.
Responsible for the entire implementation process from scoping stages through the solution delivery cycle
Deliver training for internal and external audiences across multiple formats, including webinar, classroom and on-demand
Customer service experience directly with external customers and managing customer relationships
