Strategic Account Services

InviteManager is seeking several Strategic Account Services Associates to perform a variety of support-related functions critical to their success and reputation as the leader in the industry. Specifically, one of these two functions below will serve as a team member’s primary role, with cross-training provided to ensure that the ongoing commitments to InviteManager's customers are met.

Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance:

  • Review and provide quality checks on data entered into customer software accounts
  • Review and provide quality checks on daily customer shipments
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency of ticketing operations and setup
  • Perform recurring and as-need administrative tasks associated with accounts

Fulfillment:

  • Distribution of physical and electronic ticket orders for software clients
  • Work with key customers on all shipping needs and issues
  • Build relationships with key InviteManager's customers
  • Organize and maintain fulfillment space on a daily basis
  • Maintain relationships with shipping providers (FedEx, UPS, etc…)

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • 0 – 2 years of related work experience
  • Possess willingness to learn, and grow to meet the changing requirements of business
  • Prior experience in a customer service, sales, or administrative support role
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and comfort with learning new software programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, results-oriented, entrepreneurial environment
