  • Support our Customer Success Managers on assigned accounts to promote high levels of customer satisfaction and product renewal
  • Analysis of customer engagement to increase product usage and adoption
  • Learn and develop the skills required to successfully drive expansion sales at the enterprise level and ultimately become a Customer Success Manager.
